Contact TechImpact.online

Email us directly, or fill the short form below. There is no chat bot and no ticket server — your email app sends the message. Read the notes below for what to ask, how fast we reply, and what not to send.

Email

Primary address: contact@techimpact.online

Studio site: DynamicDisorder.co

TechImpact.online is a small public toolkit for SLA, downtime, and recovery math. We built it so CTOs, DevOps, and SaaS teams can run numbers without a sales call. This page is how you reach the people who maintain the calculators and guides.

Before you write

Many answers already live on the site. Checking these first often saves a round of email:

  • About — who we are and why the tools exist.
  • Privacy Policy — what we collect and what stays in your browser.
  • Pricing / waitlist — what is free today vs planned for Pro.
  • Guides — SLA tables, credit claims, RTO/RPO, downtime cost explainers.
  • The calculator pages themselves — formulas are shown next to the results.

If those pages do not cover your case, email us. A specific question with a URL beats a vague “need help with SLA.”

Short message form

Honest note: This form does not post to a server. When you click “Open in email app,” your device opens a mailto link with the subject and body filled in. You send the email yourself from your mail client. If no mail app is set up, copy the address and write us manually.

What to email about

This inbox is for product and content questions about TechImpact.online. Clear subjects help us reply faster.

Good topics include:

  • Calculator feedback. Tell us which page, what felt confusing, and what you expected. Include the page URL.
  • Suspected math error. Share the inputs you used, the result you saw, and the result you expected. A short screenshot helps.
  • Guide improvements. Point to a paragraph that is unclear, outdated, or missing an example.
  • Pro / pricing waitlist questions. Ask what is free today versus planned. See also Pricing / waitlist.
  • Partnership or content ideas with DynamicDisorder.co (the studio behind this site).
  • Privacy or terms questions. Start with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then email if something is still unclear.
  • Accessibility or language. Tell us if a page is hard to read or use on your device.

Topics that usually do not fit this inbox:

  • Live production outages at your company (use your vendor and on-call process).
  • Requests for formal legal advice on your contracts.
  • Generic SEO link swaps or bulk marketing pitches.
  • Support for products we did not build.

We can explain the public formulas on this site and how to use the tools. We cannot review your full vendor MSA as a law firm would.

How to write a useful message

Short messages are fine. A useful structure looks like this:

  1. One-line goal (“I think Allowed Downtime is wrong for 31 days”).
  2. Page URL.
  3. Inputs and result (or a paste of the numbers).
  4. Your timezone or language preference if it matters for a call (we usually stay on email).

Example subject: Bug or wrong number — Cost of Nines

Example body: “On nines-availability-cost-calculator.html I set SLA A 99.9, SLA B 99.99, revenue €4,000/hour. Yearly delta showed X. I expected about Y because …”

Response expectations

We are a small team. We read every real message we can. We do not run 24/7 chat support.

  • We aim to reply within a few business days for clear product questions.
  • Complex partnership or legal-style questions may take longer.
  • Urgent outages should go to your vendor status page and your own on-call process — not this inbox.
  • Spam and unrelated marketing pitches may get no reply.
  • If your mail app fails to open from the form, write us directly at contact@techimpact.online.

We may reply in English or Spanish when that matches your message. Other languages: we will do our best, but English is safest for technical detail.

Security: do not send secrets by email

Email is not a secure vault. Please do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, customer databases, full contract scans with sensitive pricing you cannot share, or personal data you would not put in a normal business email.

  • Use made-up or rounded numbers when you only need formula help.
  • Redact customer names from screenshots.
  • Never paste production credentials “so we can debug.”
  • If you think you sent a secret by mistake, rotate that secret on your side and tell us to delete the message.

Calculator pages keep math in your browser unless you copy values into an email yourself. That is intentional. See Privacy Policy for how contact data is handled.

Privacy and who we are

When you email us, we use your message to respond and to improve the site. We do not sell your inbox contents.

Want the short company story first? Read About TechImpact.online. For data practices, read the Privacy Policy. For use of the tools and content, see Terms of Service.

Partnerships and press

For content collaboration, tool integrations, or studio work, say so in the subject line (“Partnership” or “Press”). Include your site, what you propose, and a realistic timeline. We cannot join every affiliate scheme; we prefer clear, useful overlaps with reliability and SaaS operations topics.

If you found a math error that affects many readers, mark the subject as urgent-for-accuracy. That is different from a production outage at your company — we still cannot pager-duty your stack, but we will prioritize fixing public calculator bugs.

What happens after you send

  1. Your mail client sends the message to contact@techimpact.online.
  2. We read it and reply from that address (or explain if we need more detail).
  3. If the issue is a site bug, we may fix the page and reply with a short note when it is live.
  4. We do not open a public ticket portal. Email is the record.

Please keep the thread in email if you add more detail later. New threads without the old context slow us down.

FAQ

Is there a phone number or live chat?
No. Email is the contact channel. The form only opens your mail app with a filled message.
Does the form upload my message to your server?
No. It builds a mailto link. Your email client sends the message. If nothing opens, email contact@techimpact.online yourself.
Can you review my SLA contract?
We can help you understand the public calculators and guides. We cannot give formal legal advice on your signed vendor agreement.
How fast will I get a reply?
Usually within a few business days. We are a small team. Outages at your company should use your vendor and on-call process.
Where do I learn about free vs Pro?
See the Pricing / waitlist page. Free calculators work without signup. Pro features are planned, not all shipped.
What should I never email?
Passwords, API keys, private keys, and other secrets. Use redacted or sample numbers when asking about formulas.
